Business Partner - Fashion studio

We are looking for someone who wants to start their fashion studio but needs a business partner. We have an established setup & now looking to collaborate to start a new label.

Shared Resources:
Infrastructure: Utilizing existing facilities like studios, workshops, and equipment.
Staff: Sharing resources like designers, pattern makers, and production staff.
Supply Chain: Leveraging established supplier networks for materials and manufacturing.

Joint Branding and Marketing:
Co-branding: Creating a joint brand identity that reflects the unique strengths of both partners.
Shared Marketing Efforts: Collaborating on marketing campaigns, social media, and PR activities.
Cross-Promotion: Promoting each other's brands and products to a wider audience.

Financial Partnership:
Investment: Investing in the new label to fund initial operations and growth.
Revenue Sharing: Agreeing on a fair revenue-sharing model based on contributions and risks.

Decision-Making:
Shared Decision-Making: Establishing a clear decision-making process, such as voting rights or consensus-based decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities: Defining specific roles and responsibilities for each partner.
Equity would be required to be brought which can be discussed.
