Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Manager (BDM) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent knowledge of the welding industry, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with industries to sell welding consumables
- Manage existing clients and generate new business opportunities
- Ensure regular flow of business, market development, and increasing market share
- Travel to allotted areas, conduct client visits, and product presentations
- Analyze industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent knowledge of the welding industry and welding consumables
- Strong business acumen and sales experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and business development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management
