Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales Management:
- Drive the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to building relationships, closing deals, and managing client accounts.
Target Market Focus:
- Target large CA firms, outsourcing companies, legal firms, venture capitalists, startup investors, and SMEs for outsourcing accounting, tax, and CFO assignment services.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies, including cold calling, cold emailing, and utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients.
Building Strategic Partnerships:
- Forge strong partnerships with CA and legal firms to expand your network and referral opportunities.
Global Reach:
- Connect with CPA firms based out of the US, UK, Singapore, Japan, and Australia, offering your expertise in outsourcing accounting work.
Requirements:
- 3-4+ Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within the B2B service industry, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the accounting, tax, and financial services industry is a plus.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to connect with potential clients and build trust.
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success through effective negotiation strategies.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Experience in utilizing various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Partnership Development: Proven ability to forge strong partnerships and build mutually beneficial relationships with other businesses.
- Target Market Focus: Familiarity with the target markets, including CA firms, legal firms, VCs, and SMEs.
