Key Functions

. Revenue Growth Target Achievement (Outbound, Inbound)
• Unitwise Business Growth : Customer, Associate, Biz vertical wise growth
• Business Quality : Collection, Yield and Service Quality assurance
• Customer Management : New Addition, Retention, Growth, Service.
• Promotional Activities
• Retail Booking Associate Hiring, Productivity, Retention and Growth.
• Inter Functional Co-ordination
• Qualitative Contribution e.g. CRM, Booking Team Training, Market Intelligence etc

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing/International Business from prestigious B School
• Work Experience: Fresher

Knowledgeable InSkilled InAttributes

• Must have good command over English and Hindi both, written & verbal and knowledge of local language.
