Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager - Franchise Acquisition (Partnership)

Department: Partnership

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in franchisee acquisition or relevant business development roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Acquisition:

- Identify, generate, and acquire target Authorized Partners (AP) in the assigned region.

- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments or meetings with prospective partners.

- Facilitate conversions during meetings scheduled by the Head Office (Customer Excellence Team).

- Organize webinars, seminars, and other events to drive partner acquisition and lead generation.

- Assist in onboarding partners by completing KYC processes, resolving onboarding rejections, and maintaining TAT (Turnaround Time).

- Actively participate in local events to identify and acquire new partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners in the region.

- Conduct periodic visits to ensure compliance and operational excellence with existing partners.

2. Partner Servicing and Support:

- Ensure adherence to branding and operational guidelines for partners.

- Coordinate CTCL (Computer-to-Computer Link) setups and compliance checks for partners.

- Conduct site visits to verify adherence to compliance and operational standards.

- Act as a bridge between partners and the Head Office Open Service Team, relaying feedback and addressing operational concerns.

Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Related subjects

- Proven experience in franchisee acquisition or partnership-based business development.

- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and coordinate across departments.

- Proficiency in organizing events such as webinars/seminars for lead generation.

- Knowledge of compliance and operational processes in a partnership business model is preferred.
