Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in skill development.
- Analyze industry needs to identify target sectors for skill enhancement programs (e. , technology, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.
- Assess potential risks and opportunities within the skill development space to help shape business strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, educational institutions, and other stakeholders in the skill development ecosystem.
- Establish partnerships with organizations seeking to invest in training and development programs for their employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Generate Enquiries / Leads by visiting different offices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the education or training sectors.
- Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the skill development ecosystem, including vocational training, certification programs, and workforce development trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and partners.
