About the job
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Rajasthan, Punjab

Role & responsibilities:
- Onboard travel agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.
- Assist agents with KYC (Know Your Customer) document collection and completion.
- Facilitate visa applications for agents' clients, including gathering necessary documents and submitting them to relevant authorities.
- Provide excellent customer service to travel agents and their clients.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to agent onboarding and visa processing.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Prior 3- 8 years of experience in the travel industry (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with outbound tourism and travel agent operations (a plus).
- Bachelor's/master's degree in any discipline (or currently pursuing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
