The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life but will seat in the premises of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for Bancassurance products through Banca channels.
  
• Manage a team of insurance professionals to drive growth in bancassurance sales.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners and internal teams.
  
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products within the bank's customer base.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (Insurance Sales).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of banca sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
