Job Description

Job Description: Area Sales Manager- BD We are looking for an experienced and driven ASM to join our team, specializing in the sales of tiles for commercial and residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the architecture, design, and construction sectors as well. You will work closely with clients, architects to drive revenue growth through effective project sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities in the commercial and residential construction sectors, including but not limited to architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, building owners
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industry to generate project-based sales leads.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage the full sales lifecycle for tile projects, including preparing proposals, providing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
    • Coordinate and oversee the project pipeline from initial inquiry to delivery and installation, ensuring that all deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients while cultivating new business relationships.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates on project progress and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies within the tile and construction industry.
    • Keep up to date with the latest tile products, design trends, and industry best practices to offer customers innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and product samples tailored to project needs.
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
    • Assist in coordinating product demonstrations, site visits, and customer meetings.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales or business development, preferably in the building materials, tiles, or construction industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully selling in a B2B environment, with an emphasis on large-scale projects.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
