Job Description

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our SaaS products

Responsibilities :

- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries

- Conduct research to understand the potential customer's business and identify key decision-makers

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and engaged

- Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and communicate their value proposition to potential customers

- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team

- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification quotas.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role in a SaaS company.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to potential customers.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesloft, Hubspot

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

It's a fraudster company. Don't join this company unless you want to lose your current job and get a gap in your resume because you will anyhow quit after joining this company. Almost all the employees quit their jobs here because they didn't get paid from more than 5 months now.

Dislikes

Forget the incentives, they won't pay your salaries. They will use you as a free labour until you quit and won't even settle your FNF Unethical practices by the management. They onboard brands but won't do marketing and send fake reports to them every week. Won't provide leads and pressurize you for the sales. Do not join this company at any circumstance.
