- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our SaaS products
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
- Conduct research to understand the potential customer's business and identify key decision-makers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and engaged
- Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and communicate their value proposition to potential customers
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification quotas.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role in a SaaS company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to potential customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesloft, Hubspot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
