Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented and target driven individual to join our company as a Business Development Manager Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, for the staff augmentation division. You will play a key role in bringing new clients, client engagement, account management, designing billing models, rate negotiations, and preparing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
