Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented and target driven individual to join our company as a Business Development Manager Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, for the staff augmentation division. You will play a key role in bringing new clients, client engagement, account management, designing billing models, rate negotiations, and preparing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

    • Identify potential clients and market segments for Staff Augmentation.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's client base.
    • Collaborate with the inside sales team to generate leads and close new business deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and influencers.

Client Engagement and Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.

Billing Models and Contracting:

    • Develop and implement various billing models for staffing services, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
    • Regular evaluation and adjustment of resource deployment strategies based on changing needs and priorities within reasonable TAT to win the client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to create Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
    • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any billing or contractual disputes.

Client Relationship Management:

    • This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth.
    • The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and accurate information, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 7- 10 years experience in Professional Services / Staff Augmentation in IT Service Industry.
  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, client engagement, and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services industry and staffing processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in preparing contracts/MSA’s, and aware of the various billing models.Top of Form
