Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the US market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify high-potential leads across the US.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients in the US.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services, tailoring presentations to specific client needs.
- Manage the initial stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to qualification and initial contact with potential US clients.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity within the US market.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for growth and expansion within the US.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to US audiences, showcasing the value we offer.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads within the US.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to US market penetration and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with US clients.
- Strong understanding of the US business landscape and ability to identify potential opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Proficiency in CRM software (mention specific CRM if applicable) and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
