Job Description:
• Acquisition of new customers by way of market research.
• Achieving annual budget plan in terms of revenue & customer base/product base.
• Complete an in-depth needs analysis for the client and identify areas of the business
where value added services can be provided to optimize the profitability.
• Planning with the team to increase the market share of various products in the existing
& develop new markets.
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals and contracts. Present solutions to the
client using appropriate method for presenting the service offering.
• Close the sale and assist in the implementation process linking in with operations,
customer service, and senior management teams.
• Strong negotiation strategies towards rates and service levels with customers that would
generate a healthy business and build long lasting relationship.
• Monthly & quarterly forecasting of business & revenue of all products.
• Manage relationship between dedicated operations team, client, finance, and any other
key stakeholders.
• Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and ensure the credit limits are
adhered to.
