Opportunity Head Business Development.
Location - Candidate who is Currently in Dubai, or have worked there in the past and Knows the Markets very well.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Development to join our team at The ideal candidate will have 15 to 18 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT industry; with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, managing and building strong client relationships in Middle East and Africa
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. โข
15 to 18 years of experience in IT sales and business development, in the software development industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in Middle East.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to understand customer pain points and requirement and to articulate the business value of Companys products/solution/services.
Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage not a must have.
Willingness to travel as needed.
