As part of our Sales Team at Upstep Academy of Chess, you ll be the first point of contact for parents looking to enhance their children s learning through chess. Your role will be pivotal in understanding their needs, offering them the right courses, and building long-lasting relationships with our global community.
Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for parents inquiring about chess courses for their children. Listen actively to understand the child s needs and skill level, providing tailored recommendations for the most suitable chess programs.
- Demo Class Booking: Engage with parents to book demo classes, ensuring the chosen program aligns with the child s requirements, and effectively guiding them through the process.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals by converting leads into enrollments through strong communication, relationship-building, and timely follow-ups.
- Tech-Savvy Operations: Maintain fluency in using CRM systems and video conferencing tools, ensuring all lead information, interactions, and progress are updated accurately and promptly.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues across departments, offering support, sharing insights, and contributing to a high-performing, cohesive sales environment.
