Job description : Business Development Executive (Commercial Real Estate)

About Swiggy:

Swiggy is India's leading food ordering and delivery platform. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Infrastructure team to assist with commercial real estate and property scouting in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and scout for potential commercial properties suitable for new infrastructural developments for Swiggy.

Conduct on-site evaluations and assess the viability of properties in terms of location, size, price, and compliance with legal standards.

Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners and real estate agents.

Maintain a database of all properties scouted and their current status in the acquisition process.

Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth processing of property acquisition.

Provide regular updates and reports to the management on the status of property scouting and acquisition.

Requirements:

Male candidate aged between 18 to 35 years.

Proven experience and knowledge in commercial real estate, particularly in property scouting and acquisition.

Familiarity with Mumbai's localities, especially within the central line of Mumbai.

Residency in or near the central line of Mumbai is preferred.

Possession of a personal bike and a valid driving license.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

HSC passed, with good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English language.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
