Sales & Brand Leasing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Brand Leasing Manager from the real estate developer sector. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in brand leasing and a strong understanding of commercial leasing strategies. The role involves managing sales activities, identifying potential brands for leasing opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring maximum occupancy at Global Business Square.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract high-value brands and businesses.
• Identify and engage potential tenants, ensuring strong brand positioning within the commercial space.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and tenants.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes, rental trends, and brand requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote leasing opportunities and sales campaigns.
• Ensure timely closure of leasing deals and achieve set sales targets.
• Provide periodic reports on leasing progress, occupancy rates, and market trends to the management.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new trends in commercial real estate leasing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for real estate properties.
• Manage and lead a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and build client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and upper management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand leasing within a real estate developer company (candidates from broker firms will not be considered).
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate leasing, including retail, office, and mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record of successfully leasing retail spaces to national and international brands.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic leasing plans.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales and leasing management.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
