Position Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Experience Level: 1-2 years in an SDR or lead generation role

Reports to: CRO/Sales Manager/Lead SDR
Position Summary
The Junior SDR will play a critical role in building our lead and revenue pipeline for new business opportunities across staffing and digital marketing solutions. This role will focus on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients within our target markets (USA, Europe, and Australia). The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of sales fundamentals, is proactive in outbound outreach, and is motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
