Job Description

As a Sales Executive for Infinity Learn Young Programmer Development Program, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of a cutting-edge educational program designed for young learners. Your primary focus will be to engage with parents, schools, and community organizations to promote and enroll students in the program. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Identify target customer groups including parents, schools, and educational organizations.
    • Proactively reach out via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
    • Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events to generate leads.
  2. Customer Engagement
    • Understand customer needs and present the programs benefits in a compelling manner.
    • Conduct one-on-one meetings or group presentations to showcase program outcomes.
    • Develop relationships with parents and schools to create a sustainable customer base.
  3. Sales Conversion
    • Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversions.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective closing techniques.
  4. Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM tools.
    • Provide regular sales performance updates to the team.
  5. Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation.
    • Partner with educators and trainers to address customer queries about the program.
  • Proven track record in sales (preferably in education or tech-related domains).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in EdTech or STEM-related sales.
  • Passion for education and technology.
