Job Description

Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive specializing in lead generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies, market research, and relationship management. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing client interactions, and contributing to the companys overall sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating new sales leads and building relationships with potential customers through LinkedIn, email and other various marketing channels.
  • The role involves researching target markets, identifying potential customers, and developing a strategy to engage with them.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Build and maintain lead databases using different tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare potential leads for the sales funnel.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities, responses, and conversion metrics.
  • Utilize advanced email marketing platforms to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ months in lead generation, inside sales, or business development roles. (Freshers can also apply with strong communication skills and positive attitude)
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Education UG: Any Graduate
  • Education UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management PG: Any Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
