Job Description

APA Compliance business unit caters to the services and software to several global clients on IMDS, REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, SCIP, TSCA, CBAM, ESG and many other product chemical compliance regulations and sustainability requirements. The Product Chemical Compliance business has a very niche market with huge opportunities, and it is growing rapidly. APA has 20+ years of experience in compliance services and software that increases efficiency at least by 50% coupled with some of the industry leading customers as their clients. We are looking for a dynamic sales professionals who can take up the aggressive targets and hit them.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with a strong focus on cold calling. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving business growth for our software and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about engaging with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling:
    Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our software solutions and services to generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification:
    Qualify prospects through detailed conversations and understanding their business needs.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain and update CRM records, tracking all calls, leads, and follow-ups to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Prospecting:
    Identify new business opportunities through market research, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Pitching:
    Effectively communicate our software features, benefits, and unique value propositions.
  • Objection Handling:
    Address customer objections confidently, turning hesitations into opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting:
    Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for senior sales representatives and account managers.
  • Target Achievement:
    Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably for software or tech services).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage conversations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with the software or technology industry is a plus.
