Role/Job Title: Business Development Associate / Executive / Senior Executive
Employment Type: Full time

Job Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

This is purely a Sales Profile and not Support. There would be Monthly Sales Targets in these Roles.


Roles & Responsibility:

  • Calling prospective businesses to query about existing IT Platforms and Solutions used by them.
  • Align, pitch and sell the Cloud Solutions and Products offered by our Company.
  • Cold Calling prospects, generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, profiling etc.
  • Meeting with prospective Clients using Online Meeting Platform or F2F Office meetings at Clients' Office.
  • Respond to questions, requests and concerns from existing and prospective Clients of the
    Company as per Company policies and guidelines.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and uphold Company standards.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages and acknowledge all Clients of the Company according to Company standards.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and other electronic and digital media.
  • Undergo Training and Certifications as required and mandated by the Management and Process Requirement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, chrome Enterprise and Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft products, AWS products and services.
  • Sales of Cloud Products and Solutions
  • Prior experience in IT Software and Solutions Sales and Marketing preferred.
  • Prior Work Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Prior Work Experience in IT Consulting and Services Organization preferred.
  • Fluency in Written and Spoken English mandatory.
  • PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE SALES, COLD CALLING MANDATORY.

Others: Sales/Marketing of Cloud Solutions of Google, AWS and Microsoft.
