Job Description

Were seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role focused on new business development, lead generation, account management, and client communication. The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of experience in Sales, with a preference for backgrounds in agriculture or BFSI sectors, emphasizing lead generation and deal conversion. Startup experience is advantageous. Were looking for a team player capable of leading sales efforts, passionate about acquiring new clients, and proactive in driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails, social selling, and direct mail, to engage busy prospects effectively.
Cultivate external partnerships with organizations involved in agriculture (banks, BFSIs, startups, FPOs, NGOs, government agencies, corporates) to support the development and scaling of technical solutions.
Monitor market dynamics and adapt product offerings based on market, competition, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Establish best practices for analytics and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, qualified leads worked, deals closed, etc.).
Facilitate critical decision-making by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong skills in new business development and lead generation.
Excellent business, communication, and account management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Capability to prepare and present proposals and sales reports.
Experience in the Agri-tech/BFSI industry is a plus.
Masters degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
