Responsibilities Consult and provide solutions to business units by leveraging data driven insights Define and establish performance monitoring framework and enable portfolio performance reviews with all stakeholders like business/credit/risk and collections

Responsibilities • Design and build data engineering jobs end to end OR Design and build enterprise dashboards from multiple data sources with large scale user group Responsible for the end-to-end deliveries with strong focus on data governance • Monitor and drive data quality standards and performance tuning of the tools • Anchor and get deliveries done through technology stakeholders in an agile framework Project management of respective projects • Responsible for the end-to-end deliveries across data support, campaigns, dashboards & analytical models for the businesses serviced • Stakeholder relationship management & control aspects of analytical project delivery

Certifications -SQL/SAS/Open Source/Impala/R/Python/Tableau/Excel/Hadoop

EXPERIENCE
Years of Experience - Candidate is required to have minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in analytical work •
Nature of
Experience- • Similar Profiles from Banks/NBFC/Fintech • Resilience & ability to work in a dynamic environment • Technical competence will be an important selection criterion • Demonstrated hands-on experience in analytics use cases like segmentation and other areas of decision science
