Systems processes standardization
Ensures the standardization of the systems processes across all dealerships/regions through the regional sales service teams
Ensures the standardization of review mechanisms to monitor the systems processes implementation in all regions
Establishes the usage of business analytics/intelligence tools at dealerships to achieve operational excellence and profitability
Audits dealerships for effective implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and recommends corrective measures to ensure dealer profitability
Systems processes improvement
Continually strives for process excellence by designing new processes and re-engineering existing processes
Ensures dealer and organization readiness for new/updated systems processes
Identifies Good Working Practices across the automotive industry and applies to Bajaj Auto for improvement of processes systems
Digital review systems
Coordinates with the MIS team in design and upgradation of digital reports/dashboards for review of projects metrics
Capability development
Works on developing capability development framework for the dealerships
Coordinates with external agencies to develop training modules for dealership manpower
Monitors the timely execution of planned trainings through the regional field teams
