Business Analyst - Service Now

An exciting opportunity to be a part of the innovation and evolution of our Business Analysis practice. This role will provide the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders across our firm. You'll use and learn traditional and innovative tools and techniques to demonstrate how our team can enable positive transformation across our business.

Ensuring that our technology teams deliver solutions that meet business needs. You will proactively understand our business, elicit requirements, and continually look for ways to improve the user experience. Additionally, you will support the Head of BA to evolve the practice, including being a role model and leader for other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Project Management:

• Work with Program and Project Managers to deliver activities in a timely fashion, ensuring optimal quality and a focus on user experience.
• Collaborate cross-geography and cross-culture to develop relationships with practitioners to ensure diverse contributions to solutions.
• Define scope and distil large amounts of information into high-level, understandable concepts and business language.
• Utilize process mapping, requirements elicitation techniques, and Business Case writing to drive project success.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Act as a role model and leader for other members of the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate and manage relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to challenge where required.
• Quickly understand high-level business processes and problems and present solutions and options.
• Navigate through and manage change in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology.
• Overall 8 years of relevant experience and relevant 3-5 years as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience in a role centered around process transformation or improving user experience.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in managing and/or mentoring and developing other team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with others in an open, friendly, flexible, and facilitating manner.
• Experience in a complex partnership model, with an ability to decide which style of analysis and project delivery is appropriate.
• Ability to define scope and distil lots of information into high-level understandable concepts and business language.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to addressing business challenges.

Desirable Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in designing user experiences and design thinking.
• Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
