Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to work on business process analysis, technical documentation, and data management. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background with experience in APIs, SQL, and system workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Work with APIs, Postman, and integration processes.
• Write SQL queries and analyze database structures.
• Create technical documentation, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Required Skills:

• Technical Background (B.Tech or similar preferred).
• Experience with APIs, Postman, SQL Server, and queries.
• Strong documentation skills (Flowcharts, BRD, SRS, etc.).
• Understanding of system integrations and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
