About the function:

myPartner is one of the new strategic business unit of MakeMyTrip Group launched in 2020 that aims to provide seamless, reliable, real-time inventory and price of different travel products, such as domestic and international hotels, flights, and holiday packages, to travel agent partners across the country. In a short span, the business has scaled up to have more than forty thousand (45k) travel agent partners active in India. Being a business which is still scaling and gaining market share, we are continuously building innovative solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our travel agent partners and to help them grow their travel businesses.

About the role:

The incumbent will be a part of Affiliates and B2B team and will be responsible for daily reports, automate regular reports wherever possible & provide data driven insights and analysis for major Business metrics

What will you be doing:

- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and recommend Performance measures for entire BD team PAN India

- Able to do data visualization to communicate business insights using various tools

- Help deploy analytics solutions and enable tracking of business outcomes to measure return on investment

- Hands on in terms of execution and problem solving

- Ability to connect data of different types, working with potentially incomplete data sources and cleaning data sets to discover new insights

- Put analyses, findings and recommendations in an easy to understand, visually appealing manner in PowerPoint slides

- Work with function to prioritize business and information needs

- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Qualification & Experience:

- B. Tech from reputed institute with 3-4 years of experience in data analytics (SQL & Advanced Excel), analysing data trends and reporting.

Key Success Factors for the Role:

- High Drive for Result ,strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in cross cultural environment

- Knowledge of Basics of any programming language such as Python/R would be an added advantage

- Knowledge of defining reporting structures/MIS across multiple layers of an organization

- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAS VA) (Preferred but not mandatory)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Understanding of Statistical Concepts
