Business Analyst

Purpose of the role :

To work closely with Aikyam team centrally and on ground. It focuses on project management, research & analysis and strategy formulation. The incumbent will deal with both internal as well as external customers.

Educational Background and Work Experience :

• B.E./ B.Tech with M.B.A from premium institute
• Degree in Analytics is preferred
• 5 years of prior Experience
• Industry: Construction Real Estate companies preferred.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):

• Monitor the monthly business plan segment wise along with business
• Monitor the performance and potential & strategic customers.
• Monitor the regional business plan along with regions and identify the gaps
• Industry & Competition data analysis along with strategy team.
• Key Segment analysis and strategy along with the Business Development team.
• Identify white spaces for growth of share of Business along with Business team.
• Monitor channel performance along with marketing team.

Critical Tasks

• Producing reports and presentations as and when required.
• Analyze business performance & highlight performance gaps and outperformers at a Segment/Account and Product Category level.
• Provide strategic and analytical assistance.
• Develop a Strategic Framework to analyze the opportunities in Steel, Cement and Paints in the B2B industry.
• Establish rapport with key people inside & outside the organization for designing strategy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive plans focusing on growing sales.
• Coordination with Sales team (Head Office & Regional) to ensure target achievement.
• Maintaining the current database system and looking for ways to improve current systems.
• Data representation through innovative methodologies.
