Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track and analyze business metrics such as growth, sales, revenue, and operations. Use SQL, RStudio, Python, and Excel to provide insights for decision-making.
• Business Insights and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven business insights, improve sales, operations, and revenue performance, and contribute to the development of business strategies.
• Sales and Operations Support: Support the sales team with daily reports and data insights, helping them track performance and identify opportunities for improvement across multiple regions.
• Project Management and Execution: Assist in the launch of new business initiatives such as category launches and fleet models, providing key data insights and recommendations to ensure success.
• Fraud Detection and Financial Analysis: Work on identifying fraud risks, streamline payment models, and perform financial analysis to optimize cost management and improve business models.
• Supply Chain and Budget Planning: Provide data insights on supply acquisition, sales targets, and monthly budgeting across various business categories.
• Machine Learning and Algorithm Development: Utilize machine learning techniques to classify data, perform customer segmentation, and optimize business operations.
• Customer Segmentation: Apply unsupervised learning and clustering techniques (such as k-means and PCA) for customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.

Qualifications :

B.E with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL, RStudio, Python, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms, particularly for classification, clustering, and unsupervised learning.
• Knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Matplotlib, Pyplot, and Sklearn.
• Strong background in Web Scraping and data extraction using Python libraries (BeautifulSoup, Requests, etc.).
• Experience working with ERP systems and creating automated dashboards for data tracking.
