Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Position Overview:

The BD department is looking to add a skilled Business Analyst to the team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and improving financial outcomes across our dialysis centers. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business operations, evaluating financial performance, and driving strategies that lead to improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Analysis:

• Perform in-depth cost analysis for dialysis centers to identify expense patterns and areas for cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain cost tracking models and dashboards to ensure ongoing monitoring of operational expenses.

EBITDA Enhancement:

• Analyze financial data to evaluate current EBITDA performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to implement cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth in line with company goals.

Business Performance Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analyses of business operations, covering financial performance, operational processes, and market trends.
• Present detailed reports and actionable recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and business planning.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business analysis efforts.
• Maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with departments such as finance, operations, and clinical teams to gather information and implement business improvement initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for ongoing and strategic projects across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. A masters degree or professional certification would be an advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the healthcare or dialysis sector.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Expertise in financial analysis and cost management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for clear understanding.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
