We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to meet the business needs of the HR department. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that the Oracle HCM system is fully integrated and aligned with organizational goals and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, etc.) and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve HR processes and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Oracle HCM solutions.
Conduct gap analysis between business processes and Oracle HCM capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
System Configuration & Implementation:
Assist in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, etc.) based on business requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that system configurations are correctly implemented and align with business needs.
Participate in the testing, validation, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring that all configurations meet organizational standards.
Process Optimization & Best Practices:
Analyze existing HR business processes and recommend improvements using Oracle HCM solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that best practices are followed when configuring the system, optimizing processes, and improving user experiences.
Training & Support:
Develop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content for end-users.
Conduct training sessions for HR users and other stakeholders on how to effectively use Oracle HCM applications.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and addressing user inquiries regarding system functionality.
System Integration & Reporting:
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Finance, Time & Attendance).
Design and develop custom reports and dashboards within Oracle HCM to provide HR management with actionable insights.
Maintain and optimize data integrity and quality within the Oracle HCM system.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Work with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business priorities.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on Oracle HCM releases, new features, and industry trends, recommending solutions to enhance the system's functionality.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing HR processes and increasing system effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
Strong experience in at least one of the Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, etc.).
Experience with system configuration, implementation, and integration of Oracle HCM.
Familiarity with HR business processes, HRIS systems, and best practices.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications and functionality.
Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with other business functions.
Experience with SQL or other reporting tools for generating custom reports and dashboards within Oracle HCM.
Familiarity with Oracle HCM integration tools, APIs, or web services is a plus.
