Risk analysis
Knowledge of testing methodologies
Collaborate with the testing team
Defining project timeliness and negotiation
Effort estimation
Managing change requests
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
Go Live planning
Release co
ordination together with Business and IT teams
Implementing the solution
Post release testing / watch
Work on data and reports to assist management with regular
Adhoc requests, MIS for business / regulatory compliance
Business insights to Management
Operational dashboards
Vendor collaboration Identifying and On
boarding FinTech partners for leveraging the digital technologies including MSA / SLA execution, system integrations and Billing / Renewals
Interacting with business users/ IT Teams
Tracking project milestones / deliverables
