JOB TITLE: Business Analyst (US Healthcare project exposure is must for this role)

General Summary:

This position is assisting in planning and executing the product development and enhancements. The incumbent will fulfill the Content Commercial teams Agile development Business Analyst role. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements and working closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure teams goals are met, as described below.

Principal Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Model and enhance business process diagrams and other related models to capture business operations change requirements within defined opportunities or projects, modeling both current and future state, typically using a graphical or business process modeling tool.
• Responsible for delivering functional specifications and stories with prioritized features and corresponding justification and acting as a domain expert within the organization.
• Focus and deliver on building a scalable, sustainable, and performing product. Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Helping to bridge the gap between the business and the technical/Product/IT delivery team and successfully delivering projects.
• Delivering written and verbal presentations to an organizations leadership to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments.
• Demonstrated experience in developing use cases, managing requirements traceability, and a working knowledge of requirements management repository tools.
• Lead team in planning activities and help the development team understand the user personas and product features to build the technical specifications for business purposes.
• Assist development teams in sizing and estimation of the product features.
• Support the development team to build a proof of concept. Present them to stakeholders to get their feedback and provide recommendations back to the team to improve the user experience.
• Assist in Product releases and new implementations, including user setup and training to end users.
• Assist teams in troubleshooting issues.
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined on the annual Performance Plan.
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Relevant experience and qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science or other field demonstrating Business Analyst expertise
• Preferred working knowledge of the Healthcare, Insurance industry experience partnering with internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, plan activities and resources, work hands-on, and mentor junior team members.
• Address multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and translate business needs and requirements into technical reporting specifications.
• Proven ability to work with development teams to ensure technical requirements are satisfied.
• Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering creative and value-driven business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with competing priorities and ongoing deliverables.

Skills and competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in converting development requirements to visualized prototypes preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills to demonstrate solutions to internal and external customers.
• Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
