Job Description
- Analyze the internal job rotation data to identify function/team clusters and drive alignment with Function heads / Senior leaders (with support from WFE Leads)
- Define the skills & capabilities matrix framework and gather the required inputs from nominated SMEs from respective functions/teams
- Finalize the skills & capabilities matrix for the identified clusters and implement the same on WFE system
- Define the Learning Academy learning framework, including the gamified learning approach and incentivization plan
- Collate the list of trainings available across teams, streamline and optimize the number of training courses by eliminating any overlaps between functions/teams, and assimilate/onboard the shortlisted trainings to Learning Academy
- Develop learning journeys and specific milestones for accelerating production readiness of new joiners as well as for cross-skilling across functions/teams
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams at various interlocks during the program execution and Learning Academy roll-out
- Monitor progress and highlight any risk / issues to Senior leadership for timely intervention and robust mitigation
- Looking for a BA - not necessary to have SF or AI background but should have strong core BA skills and competencies.
- Should be able to coordinate with the business side and tech side.
- Should be able to write user stories and have experience in documentation.
- Should have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Should have good stakeholder communication and management skills.
- Preferred to have HR background but core BA competencies is must.
- Interest and experience in data analysis would be good to have (outcome tracking and reporting).
