Business Analyst-TLM Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business/Change Analyst for Client Operations, responsible for the requirements and coordination for successful end-to-end delivery of the various strategic and Transformational programs under Reconciliation TLM.
• Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency, and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
• Engagement, Collaboration and communicating progress of the project(s) with various stakeholders across different business lines/functions/regions.
• Ensures appropriate testing and validation takes places for all systems/processes delivered as part of each release
• Track and monitor project activities against agreed business dates
• Ensure documented reviews of project documentation takes place
• Provide strong analytical, technical, business and/or management expertise to the group

Knowledge:

• Experience with TLM product.
• Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
• Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps
• Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues
• Provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
• Experience on TLM Transaction Lifecycle Management experience and match rules and reconciliations activities
• SQL Knowledge to run queries and write for data extraction.
• Understanding about Trade Lifecycle.
• Hands on experience in converting business strategies to projects / products right from design to postproduction support and target operating model definition for Global financial institutions.
• Investment Banking Domain expert including hands on experience on Reconciliations (Smartstream TLM / Other recon tools) & in-depth knowledge in at least one asset class
• Strong Operational and product knowledge in Cash management, Payment Processing, TTS / Payment & Receivables.
