Job Description
- Successful Project Controllers display strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/oral communication skills
- They should be detail-oriented team members who can consistently meet deadlines and possess the ability to work independently as needed
- Computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills are necessary
- Project Controllers must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse workgroup of stakes holders
- Understand the EPC scope of work and Identify the project deliverables, milestones,and required tasks and targets
- Create a WBS structure for scheduling, and progress measurement.
- Prepare overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (P6)
- Create resources in Primavera and Load Man-hours into the scheduled activities using those resources.
- Create various schedule reports and determine the appropriate reporting format.
- Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team.
- Progress monitoring of projects using Earned value technique
- Ensure budget tracking.
- Well-versed with Ecosys or Cost management tools.
- Managing the Change Management System.
- Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and an interface between the functional team and project team.
- Prepare Reports with accurate forecasts
- BE/BTech Full time
- Experience: - 4-12 yrs.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel spreadsheets including power pivot tables and basic understanding of MSP, Primavera P6 & Power BI.
- Interest to learn & develop project controls capabilities.
- Basic understanding of the OGC deliverables, Engineering workflow & OGC Project Controls Knowledge areas
- Good understanding of schedule activities sequencing types & techniques.
