Senior Data Analyst

TASKS: You will be supporting Internal Audit by collecting, aggregating, uploading, analysing and reporting internal audit data. You will need the technical skills to manage, manipulate, and load large volumes of data from various sources ERP, spread sheets, SQL, other databases into PowerBi platform and automate utilizing Power Automate and/or UiPath. Key responsibilities include:

1. Data Automation Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines to streamline audit processes using automation applications like Power Automate, UiPath.
• Implement robust and quality ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows to ensure efficient data processing and integration from SAP and other data sources.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of risk.
• Develop and generate automated reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to audit teams.

3. Data Management & Integration:

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across various sources and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and Business to integrate data from multiple sources into a unified data platform.

4. Audit Support & Collaboration:

• Work closely with audit teams to understand their data needs and provide timely support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes and systems used in audits.

5. Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning:

• Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to enhance audit analysis and predictions.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize data models and algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data automation and analytics.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing data processes and tools.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, or related field.
• Relevant data science / data analytics certification
• Strong experience as a Technical Data Engineer/Analyst implementing data analytics solutions.
• Proficient in SQL queries, spreadsheets, data visualization, PowerBi, UiPath and Power Automate developments. Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Experience working in global team environments with technical and non-technical users.
• Self-motivated and identify data analytics improvement opportunities in the workplace
• Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate constructively with other team members to achieve quality deliverables.
