Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing (1-5 yrs)

- Burgeon IT Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth in our IT staffing division.

- This role is crucial for expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings in the competitive IT staffing sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for overseas staffing.

- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, lead generation, and networking.

- Client Relationship Management : Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, CDOs, VPs, and Directors at prospective client companies.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing and bench sales services.

- Tailored Solutions : Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges, tailoring our services to address their specific pain points.

- Service Presentation : Clearly present our services, focusing on the value they bring to clients' operations, and translating technological capabilities into tangible business benefits.

- Proposal Development : Partner with technical experts to create customized proposals outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables of our services.
