What to Expect from the Role
As a Program Manager, Operations you will drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of key operational initiatives. Your role will involve orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning projects with strategic business goals. You will be instrumental in defining scalable processes, tracking performance metrics, automation and ensuring the smooth implementation of programs across teams.

How Will Your Day Look Like at Bureau
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of programs, from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, optimizing resources and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor and update project-tracking systems, providing transparency on progress and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address challenges, resolve roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and present performance updates, dashboards, and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes and recommending improvements.
  • Proactively identify risks and variances, offering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, including planning sessions and progress reviews, to keep projects on track.
What Does It Take to Be in This Role
  • Experience : 4-6 years in program management, business operations, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Project Management Expertise : Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Jira (preferred) or similar platforms to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create insights and reports.
  • Operational Acumen : Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize business processes.
  • Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving : Strategic thinking to synthesize complex problems and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
  • Agility : Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and basic understanding of SaaS operational frameworks (preferred).
