Position: Paralegal Specialist - International .

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisations growth:

Main tasks:

• Support Legal Compliance team during ongoing admin activities, in particular around BOD Meetings (March, May, Sept, Oct and Dec) ang AGM (June/July).
• Review of claim relevant facts which aids the drafting of claim letters and notices.
• Research work (be it via internal or external databases, etc.).
• Admin supervision of document management tool (Intapp) and AI Software (Luminance) by e.g., coordinating IT support (when needed), quarterly reporting, regular checks that files are archived/labelled correctly, etc.
• Admin supervision of BCXs corporate bodies/management (e.g., replacement of board directors/officers, power of attorneys which are in place or must be renewed, any other BCX corporate resolutions which may be required, etc.) in conjunction with one of the teams lawyers.
• Key account for any (administrative) agents matters (i.e., corresponding key account to SYST/Kristina and SERV/Nadia).
• Assisting with drafting selected legal and compliance communications in conjunction with one of the teams lawyers.
• Assisting in tracking completion of legal and compliance trainings (eLearning) in conjunction with Training Dptm.
• BC Connect support, managing the Legal website, newsletter support.
• Assistance in finalizing presentations.
• Assistance with external counsel management (e.g., tracking of external lawyers list, budgets, etc.).

Education/ experience / languages:

• Bachelor of Law with 2 to 5 years work experience.
• First experience with legal and admin topic is an asset.
• High affinity to IT tools such as MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Further skills with document management tools would be an asset.
• Full professional proficiency English.

Special requirements:

• Comfortable to work in a matrix setup, the incumbent will be responsible to work closely with the Head - Group Functions, Finance Partner as well as counterparts in the HQ.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
