Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.
  
• Process international client orders, handle payment follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
  
• Make outbound calls to promote products/services to potential customers.
  
• Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with clients.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Hospitality and Hotel Management or MS/M.Sc(Science) in Hospitality Administration preferred.
  
• Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills.
