Role Purpose Statement:
This role is to ensure receipt of material in Plant as per approved PO, scanning bills to send to BBS for further processing. Creation of Purchase agreement for Rice Husk/Hydrogen Gas and follow up vendors and share scheduling of delivery of Rice Husk in Plant. Preparation of various MIS reports. Also handling Oil purchase jobs in absence of Jaswant Singh.
Main Accountabilities:
Checking Bills of all type of incoming material with Purchase order in SAP (by checking pending Po, rate, delivery date, QCR E-way bill, freight Tax condition) and after through verification allow/reject receiving of material in Plant.
Creating GRN (103) of all Packing Material, Engg. Item, Chemicals, Stationary, Pantry item all miscellaneous entry.
To arrange Quality Food grade Certificate from vendors and share with Quality control dept.
Prepare Returnable Non-Returnable Outward Gate pass.
Rejected material intimation to vendor by sending QC report and arrangement of E-way bill Rejection from SSC.
Arranging Credit note from Vendor.
Instruction given to Driver regarding all procedure up to unloading also instruct safety compliance factory rules.
Follow-up with all depts. for Pending GRN s and Preparing GRN s Pendency report.
Hand over all bills to Record Room for scanning and scanning of invoices in his absence.
Clearing all SSC Mohali queries related to GRIR.
Clearing Audit queries providing audit document.
Monthly Physical inventory count of Oil, Finished Good, Packing Material Eng. Item.
Preparing contracts for Rice Husk/Hydrogen gas in SAP and follow up with vendors for delivery.
Preparing Various MIS reports related to day-to-day jobs.
Handling Oil Purchase/weigh bridge work in absence of Jaswant/weigh Bridge supervisor.
Preparation of detail of Pending GRN.
