Job Description
Position will be responsible for service delivery management and transformation of Order to cash function from BBS MOH ; individual will be leading a team engaged in service delivery of Credit & Compliance, Cash Application, Order management, Billing, Collections, Disputes management, Controls adherence and period end closing & reporting for different regions within BEMEA/BAS/BNA
Identify improvement / automation opportunities within existing process and drive improvement initiatives towards digitalization of OTC function
Main Accountabilities Service delivery management of Credit & Compliance, Cash Application, Order management, Billing, Collections, Disputes management, Controls adherence and period end closing & reporting
Lead internal / external Audits for SOX / IGAAP and ensuring 100% process compliance as per audit requirements
Connecting with stakeholders / internal departments to resolve problematic areas impacting the overall process metrics
Lead / identify projects Six Sigma projects aimed for process improvements / automations
Monthly governance with internal stakeholders for process areas addressing key issues / challenges and chalking out action plan to address the same
People management - talent identification, skill upliftment and retention
Process digitalization - Identifying improvement automation / digital opportunities and driving the initiatives within the process leading to transformations
Service delivery Management - Achieving and improving critical business KPI s
Leading and closing SOX, USGAAP and Local GAAP audits with 100% compliance
Driving BIZ Impact Projects - Digital Initiatives, RPA & Automation Knowledge and Skills Behavior Make decisions aligned to Bunge s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation
Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles
Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication
Technical Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC
In depth knowledge of end to end OTC process
Strong knowledge SAP environment
People Management
Customer Stakeholder Management
Process Transformation Education & Experience 1
Desired Education qualification - Regular MBA/MCOM or equivalent master degree/CA from a recognized institution

10 - 12 minimum years of experience in managing service delivery for order to cash functions Experience of Commodity/FMCG will be an added advantage

Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
4
Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup a distinct advantage
5
Strong OTC Domain expertise (end to end OTC function)
6
Result Orientation , Project Management , People management skills
7
Preferable Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
