Technical Support - Construction Equipment

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Executive to join our team in the Construction Equipment sector.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to construction equipment over the phone, email, or on-site visits.
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and service technicians.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product reliability.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Executive, Service Engineer, or similar role in the construction equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of construction equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
