Procurement Coordinator

Role - Purchase and Project Coordinator*

Location - Puducherry, Tamil Nadu

Job Type - Full time - work from Home with local travels

Job Responsibility

- Coordinate with vendor for material pickup/delivery

- Create and process purchase orders, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.

- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors and Client

- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable contracts.

- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, delivery time, and service.

- Follow up with vendors on order status and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Coordinate and follow up with internal departments for payments and logistics.

Job Requirement:

- Working knowledge of MS office and Google suite.

- Ability to interact with vendors/colleagues

- Good Communication skills

- Local Language is a Must

- Any graduation /B.tech/BEv
