Job Description
We are looking for an experienced VMC Turning Operator Cum Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming VMC machines to produce high-precision components. This role requires a strong background in machining, programming skills, and the ability to work with complex blueprints and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities: - Set up, operate, and program VMC machines for turning operations.
- Interpret and follow blueprints and technical drawings to perform machining tasks.
- Develop and modify CNC programs to optimize machine performance and accuracy.
- Inspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Proven experience as a VMC Turning Operator and Programmer.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with VMC machines and related tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in machining.
