Job Title: Deputy General Manager (Strategic Partnership)
Location: Noida

Experience: 06 to 10 years

Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)

Position Type: Full Time

Salary: 10 LPA 15 LPA


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as Deputy General Manager (DGM) for B2B Business Development & Sales, with a preference for candidates experienced in CSR and the social sector. This role requires expertise in pre-sales, solution and service selling, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, backed by strong skills in MS Office tools and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & CSR Engagement:

  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with corporates, focusing on CSR and social impact initiatives.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to align our solutions with client needs in the CSR domain.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement impactful programs addressing social challenges.


Solution & Service Selling:

  • Develop and present tailored solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Manage pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to secure partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through solution implementation and ongoing services.


Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and partnership targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide detailed performance updates and insights to senior management.


Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: MBA/PGDM in any discipline.
  • Strong preference for experience in CSR, social sector partnerships, and related industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, pre-sales, and solution/service selling.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in managing CSR initiatives or working in the social development sector.
  • Background in conceptualizing and executing large-scale programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in CSR projects.
