Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Voice Process Executive for our Inbound Sales team. As Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, identifying sales opportunities, and converting inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and identify sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products/services that best meet those needs.
• Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries regarding features, pricing, and offers.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and guide them through the buying process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
• Handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively to close sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in sales (Inbound sales experience preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport with customers and influence purchasing decisions.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other sales tools.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays, if required).
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
