Why Business Unit/Function:


- Group Business Services lies at the centre of BTs transformation; enabling the Customer Facing Units (CFUs) and Corporate Units (CUs) it supports to deliver brilliant customer experience effectively and efficiently.


- The purpose of Contract Delivery Services is to be recognised as a world class delivery organisation supporting the end to end L2C process on behalf of BTs largest corporate customers, ensuring end to end delivery of service requests, projects and customer billing


Why this job matters:


- The CDS Contract Professional will own end to end contract management including P&L performance, risk and obligations, financial targets and profit improvement for one or more small to medium contracts or regional contract management for complex contracts


What Ill be doing your accountabilities:


- The CDS Contract Professional will own end to end contract management including P&L performance, risk and obligations, financial targets and profit improvement for one or more small to medium contracts or regional contract management for complex contracts.


This includes:


- The ownership and responsibility for the end to end commercial performance of the contract/s under management


- The responsibility to ensure that all services delivered to the contract/s by CDS are delivered to the standards required and/or contained within the customer contract/s


- The ownership and management of all queries, disputes and escalations associated with the contract/s under ownership


- The ownership of all contract derived risks, obligations, SLA's and the management and mitigation of same


- The ownership of and responsibility for contract/s P&L, CGR governance and opportunity management


- Maintenance and development of customer/stakeholder relationships


- May manage a small team of CDM contract professional/analysts as required.


Skills required for the job;


- Excellent pan tower functional knowledge


- Good communication skills


- High level of numeracy


- Expert understanding of contract delivery


- Some Stakeholder Management


- P&L Management


- The ownership and responsibility for the end to end commercial performance of the contract/s under management


- The responsibility to ensure that all services delivered to the contract/s by CDS are delivered to the standards required and/or contained within the customer contract/s
